   I was queuing to order my drink on Sunday after shopping . A Lady server while serving the customer in front of me , told the rest of the queue she won’t be serving anyone else, that customer was her last customer to serve.The time was 16:40. The store closing time is 17:00 on Sundays. There is very bad management of queue despite the store has been newly refurbished and very comfortable .

   Don't bother going to this Cafe Nero inside B. Go to the other ones as they make better tasting drinks. I usually liked going here in the past, but the way they prepare the drinks has gone downhill compared to the other Cafe Neros down the street.

   Hello there! It’s Sunday l am at Caffè Nero in Benthalls at 15:53 and the shopping centre closes at 17:00. I asked for a Frappe mocha and the staff refused to make any blended coffee. When l asked why, a team member simply said that it was because they are closing soon. Is soon 1 hour and 10 minutes? I am a regular customer and felt really mistreated! Horrible experience!

   Super place for a mid-shopping coffee but badly understaffed. Staff are mostly very conscientious but stressed and tired. Come on, Caffe Nero - increase staffing by one person - you can do better than this!

   Located on the lower ground floor of the bentalls centre it's a well known location with seasoned shoppers so it can get very busy at times but the staff are efficient so you don't have to wait to long to order, the seating can fill up so check before ordering if you don't want to have to take away your coffee.
