I had my car serviced and MOT done from another garage recently and they charged me around 1000 pounds to change the washer pump, headlight leveler and full service with MOT. I thought the price was very high and some of my friends agreed with that. I had to keep my car for a week to do these simple works and pass the MOT. Even after that ,there were two minor advisories (front suspension arm and back number plate lights) which they didn’t fix .They told me that will cost me more than 250 pounds including the parts and labour, which was very high when I checked the parts prices in online. I get to know about Khan motors from one of my contacts who recently done MOT and repair for very cheap price. I went today to fix front arm suspension and back number plate lights plus an engine warning because of the exhaust sensor issues which he told me don’t worry and disabled from the dashboard. They fixed my issues in couple of hours and charged me only below 100 pounds.I could have paid 250 pounds and wait for 2 days to get repaired from other work shop. They also changed one of my front bulb without even asking me ,which I thought very generous ( I was aware that the bulb got fused but forgot to mention it) Some garages will fix only what you have told to. They told me approximate repair cost when I gave my car. I will clearly suggest Khan Motors for your repairs. They are quick and cheap work shop in Warrington . They can easily get the parts from the next door spare parts shop, unlike some other garages just to get the parts only we have to wait 2 days.

Paid Β£250 to repair the disconnected part of the front headlight bracket, but resulted in only using hot melting glue to connect the disconnected part and said that it has been well fixed. After three weeks of driving the connected bracket was still broken. The garage man said the method didn't work. Said charging Β£250 can only do this Shouted me to leave, and said any dissatisfaction can find the police to deal with, Very mean attitude. Initially compromised with the head of the Khan garage that I hoped after fixed the problem would be able to pass the MOT. The final result is that I paid for repairs but the problem still exists, breaking the original promise. The person in charge's response made me even more angry. It was filled with lies. Initially, I suggested taking the car directly to the body shop he mentioned for repairs, but he said no, requiring me to hand it over to him. He told me to leave the car while he consulted with the body shop to see how it would be handled. The next day, he told me I could take the car away pending arrangements. He then told me I could return to the shop on Tuesday for repairs. On Friday, I asked if I could pick the car up, and he said yes. So I went, expecting replaced the left headlight cover, (I looked on eBay and it was around Β£100) but they didn't. They only saw glued patches at the bracket, and the left fender bumper wasn't properly secured. The person in charge said it was secure, even pressing on it to show me there was no problem, and charged me Β£250 for the repair. I said I want to get a receipt showing all the remedy details. after paying, he told me to pick it up the next Monday. So I paid first. On next Monday, when I went to get the receipt at 4:00pm, a man gave me an "invoice" from the body work garage. Why wasn't it a receipt? He also said that since I didn't charge you VAT this time, I'd have to next time. How can a business be so unreasonable that they can't even distinguish between invoices and receipts? I want to clarify that I never asked for all the parts to be new. My only requirement was that my car pass its MOT after the repairs. He quoted me Β£250 for the repairs, but he didn't explain how to do them, and I didn't bargain. If he thought the parts needed to be new, he could have just quoted me the cost. Since he thought Β£250 was enough, I trusted him, and the result was what I mentioned above. If he said he didn't do body repairs, why did he take my business? No one wants to have a car accident, and it's perfectly normal to go to a garage for repairs. Otherwise, how could the garage have business? Why did he ask me to learn to drive first? Or even if I don't drive into his garage, how can I discuss repairs with him? Business requires integrity. If he promise a customer he can do something, he should deliver. If he can't, simply say "he can't". Proper follow-up is essential if repairs aren't done properly. Otherwise, how will customers come? Now, you're asking customers to bear the consequences. How ridiculous! The white tie in the photo wasn't put on by the garage; I put it on temporarily myself.

This man saved my weekend! I collected the mother of all tyre failures on the way up north, and was left needing a new tyre and the wheel checked out early on a Saturday morning. Thankfully my first port of call found me here, and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a decent used tyre fitted onto a wheel that had been checked for true and airtightness. The best bit? The bill! About half of what an honest garage would have reasonably charged, and a third of what I expected. Lovely fella, lovely service, lovely price.
