I was really impressed with every aspect of my dealings with Chapelhouse Body Repair Centre right from my initial contact with Wendy to collecting my ‘good as new’ car. I took up their offer of a courtesy car - a ‘21’ reg MG - but was flabbergasted to have my own car back so quickly, the following afternoon to be exact in perfect condition and sporting a new rear bumper. I was also amazed and delighted at the extremely reasonable cost of the repairs. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
After someone scratched my car, Wendy on the help desk was always polite and courteous and kept me informed about the progress on the repairs every step of the way. Chris in the body shop department was extremely polite, helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent service. He personally arranged the collection and drop off my vehicle to my door, with no inconvenience to myself. Such a fantastic team, thank you so much Chapel House Warrington!
Excellent and Professional Service that I would definitely use again. Chris and the team were really friendly which made the whole experience easy and stress free.
