   Rather a grubby branch, with an appearance of being very run-down. Apart from being in need of a complete refurb, counter, tables, floor, all very dirty; The staff here appear to have very low standards. We went around lunchtime on 18.12.25, female staff members gave the impression of not wanting to be there, quite aloof. Kingston has several coffee outlets with better standards than this one.

   Dreadful service, barista was rude, looked like he couldn’t care less despite the growing queue and was just overall a horrible experience. No acknowledgement to the customers that were being served even as a trainee barista.

   They don’t even ask you if you want to serve there or take away, automatically they give you in take away cup. They don’t have knowledge about vouchers. Tables dirty, messy floor.

   Nice place for quick break from your busy life, Always limited staff to serve, expected to be waited hit longer than expected.. During weekends what I have observed they always run out of ice and can't have any frappe drinks on this hot weather. This can be improved.

   Absolutely LOVE this Nero, the person with the blue hair is an total treat of a human being, so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for a customer. I shall definitely be back!

   Very friendly service, the staff were affable and chatty to customers and great interactions going on. Needed a change of scenery, so used the upstairs area to remote work. The large windows bring in lots of natural light. Place is grubby though, with warm out furniture and tables, and needs a thorough deep clean. Toilet is yucky. No complaints with my latte, good cuppa.

   My daughter and I come here a lot. We enjoy the upstairs area. They always have vegan whipped topping, too. A lot of Nero's don't have it made! The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
