Simply the best place along the Thames to get an excellent cup of coffee. In addition it offers a very good range of juices, along with a wide range of sweet treats, and some excellent vegan options. Nestled between Kingston and Surbiton, this is a must stop for the weary traveller, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the riverside away from the bustle, and watch the river, and riverboats go by. The staff are warm and welcoming, creating a wonderful atmosphere that makes you plan your next trip before you've even stood up.

Nice chilled location along the river Thames and the A306. Traffic isn't a massive issue. Only a short 15min walk from central Kingston. Old skool furniture which is lovely and comfortable. The prices are good and a varied amount of drinks and snacks. I believe the flapjacks and cakes are homemade? Delicious anyway. Staff are friendly and helpful

Great location, along the river, with a lot of outdoor seating so it's perfect for a sunny day. There's a good menu, and they bring your order to your table, which is really nice. We all ordered milkshakes which were very tasty. There was a good selection of other drinks options (hot and cold) and food options.

Positioned right on the river Thames. Sit and enjoy an ice cream or coffee and light lunch. On a beautiful day it's heaven to sit there and then stroll into Kingston or Surbiton. Great selection of vegan items

We live just down the road from the Ginger Bees and have stopped a few times on our walk around the Promenade for a take away coffee. Today we decided to share a cone on the way home. The staff are friendly and the coffee is good. My biggest issue is the price vs the really small size take away coffee cups. The ice cream was a decent value for a double scoop but wasn’t anything spectacular. Definitely a fun place to visit when the weather is great to enjoy a tasty beverage and look out on the water.

I am a coffee lover and was really disappointed with their coffee. Maybe my expectations were high due to good reviews about them on Google but I felt their coffee was made without sincere consideration or enthusiasm, almost felt a bit soulless. It was a cold Autumn day and the coffee was lukewarm, milk didn't foam properly so it wasn't creamy at all, really loose and tasteless. The toffee brownie was too wet and sticky, too sugary to my taste. The chairs are mostly (if not all) metal so not a good place for cold days...

A really lovely little cafe in a beautiful spot by the river. There was plenty of choice for vegans - we had smashed avo on sourdough and a vegan melt which was delicious, wonderful lemon poppy cake and cappuccino, all highly recommended. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we can't wait to go back!

What a surprise! A tiny cafe that makes beautiful sandwiches and tea served in the best China. What's more because there was no space at the tables they delivered it all to our shady bench. Great!

My favourite cafe by the river between Kingston and Surbiton. Fantastic coffee and cakes and the best salads and they have gluten free options. The view is amazing too.
