Had a very bad experience with the Staff Matej who has been really rude behaviour and racial discrimination. I strongly suggest Starbucks should get some good people to manage but definitely not like Matej. He doesn’t deserve to be in customer service.
Atmosphere was okay, the service from the staff was abit off putting because of the lack of hygiene,the waitress with long blonde had her hair strands in the drinks while she was making them, she was very not bothered about the whole thing. I don't know if they care about cleanliness after seeing this. I won't be buying there again.

Closing times incorrect. Got here at 9.15pm and they told me it closes at 9.00pm even though the site says otherwise. Times were confirmed to be correct by the business last week so I’m kind of baffled.
I have walked around for several minutes trying to find the Starbucks over here but cannot find it so I'll give up and give it it a minimum stars. I finally found it inside the Cineworld lobby would have been nice if that would have been stated a bit more clearly where it was inside this centre otherwise very nice in here clean and tidy nice stuff seating socket for charging very happy thank you. I have given the Starbucks the lowest score possible because I have now gone to the counter to order and have been told that I cannot use my Starbucks reward card the gentleman youngboy working there right now on the 1st of July 2021 and 21 was very rude I don't even want to order from him. I will no longer buy coffee from the Starbucks and I am in two minds about whether to actually go to another Starbucks because the coffee it's always burnt tasting and now I'm getting very rude service from the staff

Great atmosphere if you want to study or relax. It's not busy (maybe because the location is on the top floor from the cinema area) and spotless cafe area. Friendly staff. Thank you, Abdi and Imani. Update - They've more from the top floor to the same lower floor with the cinema. So it's very busy now with people waiting for their movie to start. From the top floor was the cafe used to locate initially, the cinema franchise had built an extension cinema view experience of 3D view. I am looking forward to experiencing it soon.
