   Absolutely loved my dine-in experience at Costa on Monday afternoon The shop was spotless and so well kept, which made the whole visit feel even more enjoyable. I was served by a lovely Asian lady with long dark hair with a tattoo on her wrist and neck ,she was honestly a breath of fresh air—so warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She really made me feel welcome. The coffee was top quality as always, but the amazing service and great atmosphere made this visit stand out. Highly recommend!

   Urgently needed a place for a meeting and unfortunately chose here. The staff didn't know how to prepare basic orders. The tables and surroundings were not clean. Never again, I’ll stick to local owners instead of these chain ones.

   Disappointed with Hygiene and Customer Service! I’ve been a loyal customer of this Costa branch for over 7 years, but I’m very disappointed with the recent decline in hygiene and customer service. Since the previous staff left, the new team and manager have not maintained the same standards — both in how the place is kept and how regular customers are treated. Today I ordered a small latte and forgot to mention I wanted it with oat milk. The staff member who served me knows I’m a regular and didn’t intend to charge me for the change. However, the manager insisted on charging me £0.45. It’s not about the money, but about the principle. Long-term, respectful customers should be valued and looked after! More importantly, the overall hygiene of the place has really gone downhill. It used to be spotless, but now it feels neglected. I rarely complain, but I felt this needed to be said. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because this used to be one of my favourite spots.

   Staff should be more informed on the offers that Costa has every week. I went in today morning o get a coffee and a cake for £1 (deal of the day only) So the guy working there told me that I have to buy a coffee first and the deal will only activate from tomorrow onwards. I believed him as I didn't read the term and conditions of the deal. When I got back to work I realised I could have gotten my coffee (full price) + a cake for £1 ONLY today. Just disappointed as I am not gonna buy another coffee now in the evening. It isn't such a big deal, but they shouldn't confuse customers and they should know better what is going on. Talking from the experience. I used to work for Starbucks.

   Asked to leave bang on closing time after having just been served a hot drink 10minutes before. No warning that they were about to close. No apologies, no empathy, just aggression. Cheeky so and so said that opening times are on the door, of course, that's what you do when you go into a coffee shop, check to see if there is any chance you will be turfed out before you have finished. They refused to just do what these places usually do which is not let anyone else in and and let us finish our drinks in peace. The coffee machine was 'out if order' , yes, of course it was, they had obviously cleaned it early so that they could go home without having to hang back after closing time. Lazy. Also very aggressively rude. Will be complaining.

   Great experience I recommend to everyone great attitude to work by the employees and they have a great knowledge of coffee. Clean everywhere. Greasy food and a great atmosphere. Amazing coffee shop.
