   Wonderful place if you care for your vehicle. Nothing is cheap these days, but imagine paying a lot of money and your car is still messed up! But not here, Ian and his team are fantastic at what they do, they are really good at fixing the problems and also very good on updates and communications. I highly recommend this garage, they do Mint work on your vehicle and don't cut corners! Thank you EPG services!!!

   I dropped my car off on the Wednesday for a clutch as the csc had failed, it was to be done under warranty. The garage doesn't usually do warranty work as they have to wait for payment so it is totally understandable. However when I explained to them that it would be me who paid them then I would be the one who waited for the warranty company to reimburse me and they would be paid on job completion as usual, all I asked them to do was to provide the warranty company with the relevent info, the garage gladly accepted the work.A cost of £2089 was the quote, I authorised them on the friday to do the work, on checking the jobs for the following week the job book was totally empty so they booked me in for the Monday, I rang them on the Thursday to see how it was going as I had recieved no updates, I was told they whee ordering the clutch that afternoon as they had a lot of work on all week! ( the book was empty for the whole week the previous Friday, I saw it myself!). They finally started the work on the Monday afternoon, 11 days after the work was authorised, Tuesday evening I was passing the garage and saw my car outside and thought they must have had a problem, maybe parts missing from the order or wrong parts delivered, I was guessing as from dropping the car off nearly 2 weeks ago they hadn't once given me an update on anything that was happening, the only times I spoke to them was when I rang them or stopped off on my way home from work. Wednesday afternoon whilst at work I again rang them to see how it was going only to be told it was all done and I could collect that day. On arriving at the garage on my way home I see my car in exactly the same place I had seen it the previous afternoon, it had in fact been finished on the Tuesday but no-one had the decency to let me know, either on the Tuesday or even the next day, it took me to ring them to find out. Knowing the warranty company only gave 30 days from giving the permission to take the car to the garage for the garage to supply them with the relevant info the garage decided not to send the email as they where to busy, yet they where all sat in the office on 2 occasions I visited with their feet up and a coffee in hand. I am now £2089 out of pocket. The clutch is fine but they are a joke of a company where customer satisfaction is concerned, arrogant and very much full of their own self importance. I have been in the trade for over 40 years and if i was vat registered and could have supplied the warranty company with a cat number I would have done the work myself but as I'm not I couldn't, so decided to give the job to my local garage and keep the work local, never again will I contemplate this business as it is so unprofessional.

   White Smoke coming from engine, took it to this guy.... He says, "nothing wrong with It, it's normal to do that".... I'm not a mechanic but I mentioned the gasket or cooling leak to him when I got there.. The outcome = Standard labour prompt regen with diagnostic tool/subscription = £84.00 Two days later car is belching out smoke again to which this guy says is "normal". So using my no training to be a mechanic decided that it is not "normal", and took it to a proper mechanic. Turns out cracked gasket loose clamp and static regen. Not sure if that guy was an actual mechanic because if he is he either just ripped me off and couldn't be bothered doing any work that day, or is completely hopeless.

   I’ve been using this garage for a few years and they are the best. They are the best mechanics that have ever worked on my cars and I will continue to use them. They don’t do unnecessary work and are professional, friendly and courteous. I can’t recommend them enough for MOTs, services and repairs. If you want a job done properly go to this garage.

   I have been using the Ellesmere Port Garage Services for 1.5 years now and I highly recommend it! Ian, the owner goes out of his way to help me every single time. I honestly can’t thank him and the guys enough for always going the extra mile to help me when I need it. My car broke down a couple of times, once at my house last year and the second time last month when I was in Ellesmere Port. I called Ian to tell him that my car would not start and that I did not have a breakdown cover at the time so had no idea how I was going to get the car over to the garage and he said not to worry, and has kindly driven over with one of the mechanics to my house the first time and to the location where my car was parked at in Ellesmere Port, the second time and managed to get the car to the garage, promptly told me what the issue was, gave me the quote and fixed the car the next day! I had the new alternator fitted in my BMW 3 series at this garage, broken pulley bolt removed and replaced with a new bolt and aux belt, the start-stop system fixed and I get my annual MOT done here too. I am really happy with the service I receive from them each and every time. Ian and the guys are friendly, helpful and genuine. They are professional, reliable and honest. There is no messing about!

   Always take my car to this garage and sometimes for really silly things. I.e. thought the clutch had gone but it was just a plastic bag, had a minor oil leak which I thought might have been catastrophic and it was only a plug (I know nothing about cars), they never do work that is unnecessary and are always upfront and honest. Have my cars m.o.t and service done here and have now for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic service everytime.

   I went there with the oil leak in my car - team of this garage was fixing it twice, charging me both times only for me to discover that the oil leak is still there, in the same place and not fixed at all. I feel like the team took advantage of me not knowing a great deal about cars, not something I would expect an honest looking people to do. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place.
