   Lovely staff. Theresa's a guy who was really helpful and brought drinks over for a struggling lady, when the machines were not working. Very friendly store with lively staff.

   It was a busy Sunday morning, me and my friends founds some good seats but found out drinks even through we requested extra hot were still not quite as hot as we hoped for. The new Christmas drinks were great. We got a slice of the vegan ginger bread to celebrate a friend's birthday

   I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a disappointing experience. The staff member named Dhwani seemed busy on her phone and gave very poor customer service. She kept asking the same things again and again without actually serving properly. When I raised it, she responded rudely as if she didn’t care about complaints.

   The food has become very poor. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich a few times and unfortunately it was very poor. It had no cheese and was dry.

   I don’t know who manages this place but can you please tell your staff to be more mindful with the noise? When we visited today one lady was moving around the furniture. I’m sure there are better ways to move it around other than slamming it and dragging it in the noisiest way possible. Apart from that they could handle and crockery more gently. People come to cafes to relax and rest - nobody wants to hear loud noises like in a workshop.

   It's a Costa, so can only be so good. Can't fault the service though, and it recently came out that Costa coffees have 5x the caffeine of a Starbucks so this is the best bet for a good coffee un the area!

   We asked for a salted caramel frappe, but when we tasted it, it was virtually tasteless. But to be fair to the staff, they changed them without question. Like part of the new layout, but they have put a table right next to their serving area, which makes the table unusable when they need to get in and out, and they have lost about 15 to 20 places with their new layout, which doesn't make economical sense

   Really slow service,hence long waiting time,poor selection of cakes.the cakes in they had had flies on them. We sat outside..the tables were filthy ,covered cups and plates. The branch in Radlett is a better place...clean,good service..
