   Parcel from DPD was dropped of at this location on retrieving parcel to staff where non welcoming and boarding plane ignorant hopefully i don't have to retrieve a parcel from here again.

   Absolutely appalling. I went into the shop for the first time in years yesterday to Collect a parcel. They refuse large parcels basically because they don’t want to hold them- this has caused a lot of stressed and left my husband without his birthday present. I explained to the man behind the till that he shouldn’t be accepting parcels if he is carelessly going to send them back. I will Never use this shop again- he was so rude and even blamed me for getting my parcel redirected, despite not knowing my personal reasons for redirecting it there for collection. This shop was friendly when I used to go in there as a local. No manners, no compassion for what is a stressful situation. Upon speaking to Others I have also head very similar incidents.

   I took my podback recycling bags to be sent off. I've never done it before and wasn't quite sure how it worked. I was told I needed a bar code and I had to print them at home. This was different to info on the website, saying that they can print it. I don't have a printer. I went into my app and sorted out the first one. He scanned that one and printed the label. He said I need a different code for each bag, I said I was going to get the other codes. He asked if I was doing in now or coming back. I was there with the bags and it was quick to sort out so I said I was doing it now. All through this he looked annoyed and on hearing me say I'll sort it now he shook his head and was visibly irritated at me. This whole interaction can't have been more than 5 minutes from me walking in and there were no other customers. I can't deal with the attitude towards me today so I left and put the other two bags in the bin. I won't be back.

   This was a convenient place for me to collect parcels. Unfortunately the the miserable and rude staff are not what you need a the end of a long day at work. Strangely if you buy something for the shop their mood seems to lift. If being a collection point makes you so unhappy stop doing it!

   My wife just collected the parcel from there. The lady at the shop was very rude. You do not talk to your customers this way. Please avoid this shop at all cost. Very disappointed with this place. TO THE OWNERS REPLY: My wife showed the barcode in the end and this was not an issue. The issue was the way she was spoken to. You can inform someone politely that they are missing barcode. Looking by the reviews it's not the first time someone was spoken to in this manner.

   Had a very bad experience this weekend with this shop. Avoid this place when using click and collect parcels. Staff extremely unhelpful and rude! Edit, procedures were not followed correctly, you scanned the parcel as being collected by the customer a minute after it arriving in your shop so no collection code was generated. You were extremely arrogant and rude to customer services and my friend who you then barred! You refused to handle the parcel over despite being authorised to do so! Needless to say, I won’t be using you as a collection point again!
