Although it's not so close to me the people there are always very friendly and know their stuff. No-one more so than Troy. I was there again today and was helped by both Lewis and Troy and they are a great act with great affability but we generally go to see Troy as he is so knowledgeable, will always give honest, fair and easy to understand advice. I value his opinion greatly and has never steered me wrong. My kids love him as he is "funny". I very rarely write reviews as I never know how well they are perceived. In fact less than 10 my whole life I think. Good service requires good reviews. I want this to be seen as a fantastic review if only to mirror the service I received today. Fayaz (Phamarcist) called us within the 2hr call back window and saw us later on in the day. He was great with my daughter and able to prescribe the medication required.”

“What an incredible service! Christmas day and I was brought down by a nasty chest infection. Out of hours GP issued antibiotics and instructed me to go to Asda pharmacy to collect, although they were not open when I arrived. I searched Google for an open pharmacy to no avail when my dad came across these guys. I rang My Pharmacy online and he informed me that they were covering a couple of local care homes today but weren't open in general. He asked me if I was struggling to find another pharmacy and when I confirmed I was, he offered to deliver the medication needed direct to my door so long as I sent a copy of the issued prescription before doing so. This young man drove from his home in Leeds to do this, he went above and beyond today to help me out and I am ever so grateful. They take their job very seriously and genuinely appear to care about their customers. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.”

The phone was still a bit wet but he managed to dry it and change the screen within a few minutes. Will definitely keep in mind if I ever have further tech hardware issues.”
