I like this café mainly because the staff are always cheerful, and cater for everyone, and they know their regulars. I have read some of the negative reviews and they are few and far between, you can't please everyone.

Disappointed with the vegan breakfast, could have used Heinz Beans, it makes a huge difference cheap beans don't cut it. Hash browns were deep fried rather than grilled or pan fried which made them really greasy. It was a cheap breakfast which wasnt that cheap at 9.50 but its been sometime since Ive had this so maybe costs have sored. Won't do this again. Service was good though.
My first time coming, tasty food and reasonably priced. Both breakfasts came with tea and toast.

This restaurant is OK exept for a couple of things. I have spoken to the staff nearly everytime I have been in there when using the toliet, it is loose to the point of flying off of it and nearly hitting my head or possibly worse! Since February/March until now June 2022. I have mentioned this to them all that they have done is ignore me and take no action. Are they waiting for someone to get hurt before they fix it? It has been months now no repair/fixing it has been done. I have nearly injured myself at least 3 times now. I didn't want to do this because I like going there, but I had no choice but to complain to SUTTON COUNCIL). We cannot go there ever again because it would be awkward for me to do so. Another time when covid was on they had Sanitiser and covid dividers up but again they had failed no masks were worn even when bringing food/drink to the tables. At that time is was illegal not not where one at the time. I know it is different now. But that was a preach of the Covid rules.
Friendly. No masks but vigilant where any signs of coughing are seen. Good menu. Lovely hot chocolate drink! Not too expensive.
Great little place, food is always good, friendly service. Generous portions. I have eaten the burgers and chips, omelette's and recently the pancakes and the milkshakes are really good. It can get busy at peak periods so I try and miss though as I have a buggy but staff are always helpful offering a high chair and seating us somewhere suitable.
