   ​G'day all, just wrapped up a bloody brilliant stop at Caffè Nero on Sutton High Street. And let me tell ya, this joint is fair dinkum! ​Five stars, no worries. ​As an Aussie, I know a good coffee when I taste one, and their Flat White with Oat Milk was spot on—smooth, creamy, and had that perfect punch of espresso. It was seriously top-tier, miles better than a lot of the muck you get elsewhere. A perfect cuppa to kick off the arvo. ​The atmosphere is proper energetic, not too sleepy, which is grouse when you need a bit of a buzz. But what really puts this place on the map is the service. The lady baristas are absolutely outstanding. They are quick, cheerful, and serve everything up with a lovely smile. They're clearly running a tight ship and making everyone feel welcome. A huge thumbs up to the team—you legends! ​If you're after a cracking coffee and service with a genuine grin, do yourself a favour and pull up a chair here. You won't be disappointed. ​Highly recommended! Best coffee shop in Sutton, easy.

Staff are usually friendly and efficient, even during busier hours, and the drinks are consistently well-made. Their flat white never disappoints, and the pastries are always fresh. It’s also a great spot for a quiet moment between errands in town. A solid local favourite.

   Not bad, not the best of its branches — and you expect the same standard when it's a franchise. Staff behind the counter continued a long conversation when a few of us were queuing. The lady in front of me asked to pay for her drink and no one verbally responded, just punched in the numbers and then continued their conversation... and then didn't acknowledge me or my friend. Awkwardly asked to pay like the lady before me and it felt like I shouldn't have. No inside cups, only takeaway ones. Table was sticky. Main bathroom wasn't working but they had upstairs ones, which were filthy when I was in there. A lot of... liquids... everywhere. Drinks themselves were fine. The barista who made them was polite too.

   This is my favourite place to have a coffee or something to eat. In Sutton, staff very kind and quick serving. I had a vanilla soya latte and it was perfect. The place is very clean and the location is good for transports and shops.

   Nice coffee. Good ambience....only from outside....they need to focus of keeping the shop clean, upgrading the furniture....looks dated and dirty.....strong smell ...mix of old milk, full bin bags, and oil.....just go to Starbucks across the street....very clean and fresh...the moment u enter u feel like ur r in a cosy environment.....

   The Festive Black Forest mocha is delicious. The person who served us with the piercings is truly the most helpful, polite, person with the most excellent customer service. I wish I could have seen a name badge to email head office to say so!
