   I contacted this garage on Friday and clearly explained the service I needed. They accepted the job but said they were too busy at the time and would complete it by Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called to confirm and was assured it would be done by Wednesday morning without fail. However, Wednesday came and I was badly let down again. There was no apology from the staff—only a dismissive attitude that made me feel as though it was somehow my fault. They took no responsibility for the delay, despite knowing I urgently needed the car to pick up my baby from nursery. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of empathy. One staff member simply said, “Nothing to do with me, I’ve been off the last few days,” as if that excused the poor service. Extremely disappointing experience.

   I have just had my car serviced at Lunt’s Heath tyres and exhausts Garage and can’t praise them enough. The receptionist Boo is a joy and looked after me while my car was in the workshop. The mechanics were polite, helpful and professional . Will definitely be getting all my car repairs done there in future. 10/10. June Blue.

   During the Covid 19 lockdown I have used Lunts Heath garage recently for a last minute MOT as I was let down by my regular garage, Dave and the lads were very professional and well priced. On the second occasion I had broken down and called on Dave to help rectify an electrical issue, again he did the repair to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. Would use him without hesitation.
