   Really poor experience here this week. I ordered a babycino and it was provided to me piping hot. They're meant to be cool so a toddler can drink it. When I said it was too hot, rather than an apology, I was given a look by the member of staff that suggested I had insulted her mother. When she gave me a cooler version, that was also too hot. Later I came to ask for the key to the baby change and they said they'd lost it. I had to change my baby's nappy in the nearby woods - luckily it wasn't raining

   Dont know why it has bad reviews, i absolutely love their iced vanilla latte! Cafe can be busy during the morning session but it doesnt take that long to order a coffee! I tried their caramel shortbread, it was delicious too!

   Good coffee but shame about the customer service. Incredibly miserable, surly, unfriendly young woman serving coffee today. Embarrassing really, as I'd brought a guest to the park for the first time. If customer service isn't your passion, perhaps it's time to find a new role?

   Bring your own food and drink. Or stop off at Sainsbury's Cheam down the road where there's a Starbucks before you arrive. The staff aren't very attentive to customers. While it is nice to see a team that gets along well, it is frustrating as a customer to have to wait for the staff to finish their chat before getting served. The good is quite expensive for what it is, sometimes they offer to warm it up, most of the time they don't. If you do have something warmed be prepared to wait a long time as it has to be taken downstairs. The coffee is ok, not great. It is the only cafe in Nonsuch, so you are unfortunately forced to buy from there if you are caught short.

   Attended the cafe with family, ordered three lattes. Received the first two at the counter and went back for the third after dropping off at table. Male sever gave me flat white, when told it is not what we ordered and that we are expecting another latte which we had already paid for. Server refused to make another latte without paying for another one. Explained that the error was the cafes fault and that we should not have to pay for the error they made. Server continued to refuse to make another latte without paying for it. Extremely disappointed with the service as the error was made by them. Will not be returning and informing friends and family not to do so either.

   Always enjoy a visit to this cafe. Quieter than expected in the middle of the school holidays which suited us just fine. My personal highlight was the brie and caramelised onion panini - so good! Reasonably priced, but I wish they had more indoor seating at this time of year!

   Don't bother going to this cafe on a Sunday afternoon unless you are happy to wait half an hour for 3 hot drinks. Echo comments below about the 2 young girls who were too busy chatting to care about customer service or making the drinks. Chap on the till had to stop taking orders as there was so much of a backlog. He disappeared out the back which wasn't helpful either. I don't want to leave any stars either!

   The cafe is a friendly place and has delicious food! I went here with my friends on a very sunny day but it was even more brilliant as we got to sit outside! The food I had, which was lemonade, a cheese and ham toastie and a Victoria Sponge Cake, was very scrumptious and it is a nice place for you and your dogs to rest your legs! If you do come to Nonsuch Park, I recommend coming here and I hope you enjoy it!
