    A lovely and friendly atmosphere with a clean and large space. Full of families on weekends and plenty of tables for everyone. I wish this was closer to home for me as we very much miss our local Costa coffee.

    Unethical and deceitful These guys are excellent as wasting people's time and money. Every staff member is rude and unfriendly. Ridiculous prices for very little portions. Could do with something more useful to the village.

    Waited 10 mins in the que whilst watching staff chat to customers. No toilet paper in the toilet, disabled toilet had water and tissue paper all over the floor. Just gross. Put items back and left will not be coming here again

    Normally, I don’t have a bad word to say about this Costa however today I took my mother out for lunch and I was gobsmacked with the customer service from one staff member. She made the mistake of putting our drinks in takeaway cups rather than the eat in mugs and when asking her to make them again, her reply was “I don’t get why you’re being so difficult”. After trying to deescalate the situation, whilst she was hitting the machine dramatically and clanging mugs in front of us, she then decided to storm into the back and her colleague had to deal with our order. A rude staff member and terrible customer service, I won’t be returning!
