We just ordered cappuccinos with syrups from costa through Uber eats and they sent some awful instant coffee. Do not order from this costa! It shouldn’t be hard to get a simple order right. Absolutely shocking and also the coffee was disgusting.
They are very rude. I have never had such experince they behaived like this. I am 17 years customer of costa cffee and get my coffee just from Costa. But this store has such an unproffessional customer service. I need to get my coffee at specific time in the morning when I am going to sit for back to back meeting. They pushed me to get first my coffee and then sit. They pushed me and talk to me loudly afte 14 min sitting there to firs get coffee thn go. I will never ever go back to tis store and any costa coffee. Such a unproffessional way and rude behaviour.
Popped into Costa in Cheam around 1 PM on a Monday, thinking I’d enjoy a peaceful coffee break. Joke’s on me — the place was buzzing like it was Black Friday at a coffee convention. Every table was kidnapped by caffeine enthusiasts, so I surrendered to fate and ordered a cappuccino to-go. Now, here’s the plot twist: despite being a foreigner with "I’m clearly not from around here" vibes, the staff treated me like I was the Queen’s long-lost cousin. Super friendly, lightning-fast service, and a cappuccino so good it made me momentarily forget I was standing awkwardly next to a recycling bin. Five stars — would definitely brave the crowd again for that kind of hospitality (and caffeine)!
Some drinks good, some drinks not. Too expensive, but love the tomato, cheese and pesto panini. Just don't love the price. A drink my friend got made her unwell. Toilets didn't have soap. Nice atmosphere, but too busy.
Although the place is a bit dated and the toilets needs a good clean. The Chinese food and services is first class. Best dish is lobster with noodles.
Horrendous!!! No hand sanitiser Toilets out of order Take away cups only Cobwebs and dirt all around the shop One female member of staff too busy on her mobile phone to see I was stood there as the drink she had served me was wrong. Seriously this Costa needs sorting and quick. Feel sorry for some of the staff as it seems under staffed
