I visit Costa Coffee at least once per day all over the city of London its my 'go to' coffee shop.. unfortunately with this one being closest to my house, IT IS THE WORST AROUND :( if you are in the KT4 area cross over the road and visit the Starbucks, its much better..
Hi Folks, This coffee shop has gone down hill a long way. The staff are doing their best I'm sure but unable to muster basic customer service. I was in today, second in the queue and ignored for more than five minutes. I had to leave unserved. You would be better off staying at home and making the best brew you can rather than going here.
Came in with children during the summer holidays. 3 toasted sandwiches, 1 pistachio cookie (delicious), 2 frappes, and an iced Spanish latte. Not too busy and staff were very friendly. Probably spent more than I'd have wanted to (Ā£32 for the food and drinks), but thats because I don't like spending money!
My local Costa, preferred to the Cafe Nero and Starbucks both within 100yds, mainly because I started as soon as Costa opened and Iām used to the taste. Apparently their flat white is the strongest on the High Street. It does me!
The Barista was exceptionally helpful and produced a tailor-brewed short Americana.
Didn't have my choice of drink in stock and were very slow making our drinks up. But otherwise was nice and clean and not overly crowded.
Once a week for good behaviour I take my children to my local Costa coffee. They also take there reading books and we all sit and relax and my children take it in turn to read to me. We all get something out of this they get a nice drink and I get them ahead for reading. The staff are always very professional and the coffee shop is always clean. We'll done team. See you later.
Great coffee and very friendly staff members. They had made my coffee before I even paid as they knew my order, that's just awesome. Great baristas!
