Pistachio latte & pistachio croissant, what a great combination here. Staff are friendly, service is quick & efficient. During quiet times, the staff also take pride in trying to keep the store as clean as they can, but unfortunately some customers aren’t exactly very helpful. Decor is a bit run down, could do with a refresh. Great Nero as they go.

A relaxing Caffe Nero branch on Chiswick High Road overlooking Turnham Green, with plenty of seating over two floors and outside. Efficient service, and the special blend coffee tasted better here than in other Caffe Neros I have visited.

The cappuccino is very good (I am Italian). Panettoncini Muzzi are very good, my favorites. There are croissants and other pastries like all Caffè Nero. The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is very calm.

Been having my wfh moments past few years here and their baristas has always been consistent and the upstairs venue is always comfy and spacious. Having stopped visiting this branch for awhile I returned today to find out they have new barista staff, much higher coffee price, i.e. oat milk flat white for £4.05, 15% price hike from £3.55 old price...this puts them more expensive than an independent coffee shop on some occasion. The flat white was poorly made up and coffee taste burnt. I understand it is just a chain butt at such prices? Avoid. Two stars is for the nice setting upstairs nothing else.

This place has a homely feel and was free from musak in when we visited. W we also liked the mildness of their coffee blend. Comfortable seating too.

Came in with my partner after a long shift from work and was looking foward to a much needed break. I must say Rob answered all my dietary questions and gave us a few laughs along the way. Very charming fellow. Will visit again.

I am severely disabled and I am much more dissatisfied than satisfied about my experience of having a coffee at this Caffe Nero: the brown female barista was unprofessional because she confused and annoyed me about the cafe's closing time and, also, she was somewhat rude to me when I bought my coffee. The caffe was was also too noisy for me. But, regarding positives, I liked my caffe latte and it is generous of the cafe to provide free drinking water.

My ham and mozzarella panini tasted very good, but there wasn't enough mozzarella.
