Wanted to say huge thank you to liverpool MOT center My car had to be taken there via the AA on a Saturday and I got back on the Wednesday. They changed the timing belt and got it back on the road. Great customer service, price and worked carried out quickly. They kept me updated. Massive thank you.

Did my MOT & work on my BMW X1 suspension the last week. Absolutely top set up. Office & garage staff all brilliant, fair & friendly. Booking in & wait times were good too. See you next October for my MOT. Recommended

My experience with Liverpool MOT was excellent, I was away but my son had a problem which turned out to be the turbo. He was driving the car and it was not responding to him touching accelerator and a lot of smoke from the exhaust. I spoke to Liam who recommended a guy called Ryan (also excellent service) to pick up my car and take to garage. John was the guy who kept me up to date with what was happening and how much it would cost. His customer service was beyond excellent and also when he advised me I needed a clean of my filter which would have been extra money I agreed. However it wasn’t necessary and I respect their honesty in telling me so. I would highly recommend this garage and the fantastic service they gave me

Took my car for an MOT on Monday 4th August and it failed on the two front wishbones and a rear brake pad. Fair enough, I left it with them so they could fix it Tuesday as they said. I arrive on Tuesday to pick up the vehicle and they state it wouldn’t be done as they’re a man down and really busy. That was just brilliant as I was going away the next day and needed my car to get to the airport. I ended up having to get a £40 Uber to Manchester Airport and £40 back, so that’s set me back £80 due to their incompetence. On Thursday they ring me and tell me it’s done and it’ll cost me £413! Now that is just ridiculous for the work done, as wishbones usually cost around £50 each and brake pads even cheaper still. They charged £114 for each wishbone. The next day I check on the government to actually see if the MOT had been done, and to my surprise it actually hadn’t been done! I then ring and they say they’ll get on it. Fast-forward to Monday 11th August, the MOT is finally completed at 9am and I pick up my car after work. I get home and find a massive scratch going across the nearside of the car, reaching from the rear panel to the front panel. This wasn’t there before I handed it to them, so it’s clearly happened under their care. I have sent an email and yet to receive a reply, so I’m going to give it 7 days and if I’ve not heard anything then I plan to go to Trading Standards about this. Not happy at all.

Disappointed. Price quoted was later changed. They tried to charge for a "stuck seatbelt" which magically fixed itself before I arrived to fix it myself. Wouldn't be recommending to anyone. Unless I want them taken advantage of.
