    Proper little greasy spoon, this. Love everything about it, the grub’s top notch, big hearty portions and proper tasty. The staff are brilliant, friendly as you like, she even topped up me cuppa without charging, which you don’t see much these days. Had a laugh with me too, saying I weren’t gonna finish me plate (I did, of course). Lovely spot, cracking atmosphere, and the prices are as friendly as the people. Just good, honest food and wholesome vibes all round. Can’t beat it.

    I came after reading the very positive reviews, searching for an authentic place where to have an English breakfast before leaving London. I was not disappointed! The staff (Frankie and the gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t know) were caring and friendly. The atmosphere very laid back and familiar, away from the hustle and bustle of fake-chic cafes in downtown London and even around. The food genuine and tasty. If I ever had the chance to be around, I would definitely visit again!

    A great local cafe that offer proper , authentic English breakfast. We have been there seven years ago and when we went there this morning we really enjoyed our breakfast. The service was as great as before, I ordered some toast with my breakfast but forgot to mention not to have any butter on them. when I asked them to see if they cam change it , this lovely lady brought some extra toast immediately which was very nice ( I know some other cafes in the area would probably charge !) . The quality of the breakfast was great, not greasy at all and so fairly priced. Would definitely be going back again.

    Tucked round the corner from the trendy cafes of Muswell Hill you'll find this slightly upmarket London caff - and it's great! Straightforward food that's very well done. Excellent coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely staff, comfortable surroundings and no pressure to leave. If you're after artisan bread - don't go here. If you're after an excellent BLT on wholemeal for an incredibly good price (maybe after a hoof around Ally Pally) - this is the place for you!

    Little cute place to have a relaxing breakfast/meal. Portions are very big and the taste is delicious. Completely worth it. The copule working there is lovely and prices are good as well. Definitely I’ll come back! Got out of here happy and full :)
