No clean tables floor very dirty, coffee Luke warm,couldn’t accommodate non dairy milk, other Morrisons cafes ive frequented have always obliged, will not be visiting Sutton Morrisons again
The new team is terrible - this used to be a fun cheap and cheerful place to have lunch. The lady that used to serve at the counter was simply fantastic. The new team however has turned the atmosphere into one that is depressing, stressful and not friendly to families or couples or pretty much anyone - don't go. Ever.
Wait times can be long and the meals choices aren't that good anymore. The food is often too dry. Wait times are also long.
I was waiting to be served. Lady decided to direct two Chinese customers to toilets! Like am I not a customer. She then decided to go on shop floor! Another member of staff served me. Used to be a good place, value on breakfast. Not anymore. I will get my breakfast from M & S or from my work canteen.
Tables were filthy, item I wanted unavailable, alternate I went for supposedly all day (small) breakfast over half an hour wait. Settled for a tepid self service coffe. Won't be coming back here again. Clearly under staffed.
Went to the cafe to make use of the half price breakdown offer. The breakfast is meant to be all day but when I went at 12:15, the vege/vegan sausage ran out. Had to go for egg and toast instead which wasn't in the offer so cost me more that what the full vege breakfast would have cost. If it's called 'All day' breakfast, it shouldn't run out so early in the day! Also my mum ordered full english breakfast and they left out the black pudding and didn't even explain why. Quite disappointed with this visit!
Food was very well priced and tasty. I gave 5 stars for the Australian lady who was serving us. Super friendly and very helpful. A great asset to your company.
Had food in the restaurant and I'm not one for eating in supermarkets but I must say inhad all day brunch and and the other person I was with had fish and chips. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff were professional and nice The cost was also good I would come again
Great place to take the kids for a meal as kids eat free.
