   What a terrible experience, the coffee and hot chocolate was cold, as was the food, but the plate was hot which is strange to me, I also paid for a shortbread and the lady serving me came and served me a chocolate brownie as she double sold my shortbread to the customer after me and insited on me having a brownie which I refused as I was first, felt second class like my money wasnt good enough which in 2022 is sad to feel. Absolutely embarrassing service unfortunately lets just hope its a one off but very disappointed. Not much to ask for a hot meal and a hot drink and this cafe couldn't deliver either and left me feeling insulted.

   Very rude manager. Was quietly sitting inside the cafeteria half hour before it was due to open after doing a little shopping in Tesco looking forward to having my fried breakfast and a cuppa. Then the manager walks in and immediately tells me that she can’t have me waiting in the cafe. No explanation or sorry sir, I’m never going back there. How she became a manager is beyond me. The two girls that work under her are always polite and helpful. Maybe Tesco should reconsider who they employ as management.

   Sad place, or at least that’s what the staff shows. They just can’t be bothered. A “restaurant” with two members of staff, can hardly be called that. One person at the till and bar and another in the kitchen. There is nothing that shows carelessness more, than a hot burger in a cold bun. What does it take to toast the bread as you cook the burger? It wasn’t much anyway. The chips were extremely dry... I needed a drink after every chip I put in my mouth.
