   Definitely my favourite Costa coffee. The staff are so friendly and helpful and things are never too much trouble for them ( unlike the branch on the high street, Brighton road Purley) Food is good and plenty to choose from. Definitely worth a visit.

   NO REGARD for customers in this store: I placed an order on the app at Tesco Costa store in Purley. I went to collect my order and was told by the store manager Edyta that I could not receive my order due to a store system issue and it not showing on her system. So despite paying I didn’t get my order. The store manager was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t help us resolve it and said I needed to contact customer services, showing no care to resulte the problem and serve the drink I had paid for. This is now the second time this has happened in this store, with the first time being a month and half ago. I left the store with a very sour taste of Costa’s service and as someone who regularly purchases from Costa this really disappointing.

   Discovered this branch of Costa Coffee on a recent visit to TESCO, the coffee shop is hidden behind the clothes section which is why I missed it on the last visit. The drinks were the usual but I liked the new Spring gift set which comes with a bamboo cup thing.
