   So bad!!!! I never got my Mac & Cheese, and the Cheese Bites had been tampered with. The seal was torn, and the lid of the pack had been placed back on the other way round!!! Disgusting. How can you send a customer this?? Now I am left with just my Hot Chocolate. Have to re-order my food from elsewhere.

   They make nice sandwiches which my partner love to have. Good service from nice, quite warm and professional staff. However the atmosphere was a bit rough; lots of primary school children who talk so loudly and not being managed well by parents. I think, this Costa is child friendly which is great meaning it’s not good to go there for a catch-up or to relax as it is quite loud. Recommended for young families. Thank you!

   Tried the Nacho Chilli Chicken & Cheese Toastie, Chicken & Cheese Toastie, Strawberry Watermelon & Mint Refresher, and Iced Cappuccino at Costa Coffee. Loved the Nacho toastie—so flavorful—and the refreshing mint drink was perfect for the day. Great combo!

   This woman with glasses behaved very bad,the communication with customers rubbish,the tall woman also joined to her with telling this what they give if it’s without ice! For the first time in UK i had experience with such a poor customer service! Order drinks and asked only 3 cubes of each drink,the woman with glasses asked me again and again 3 what? 3 what?! Her English was broken and I don’t know how is she working here. Then they give me drunk with full of ice and again I went to them and told you not to put to much ice,she removed the ice and drink was only less then half,I said why is this half?she replied this is what you get without ice,I paid £5 just for less than half drink,never will drink from them! Also I asked them to wipe the table,they didn’t and again I went asked to wipe few times ,they ignored,at the last again I asked to wipe the table then one of different woman did wipe. The Costa cafe was very dirty,untidy! Smelly. Toilet was so dirty,impossible to enter!

   Worse costa ever , the girls have an attitude problem and cant listen to instructions and i had to repeat myself atleast 6 times to get my order right and the women with the glasses and the other with the ponytail was shouting saying what do you want. I paid for the eat in price and they gave everything in takeaway cups and bags and no plates for the desserts terrible service and my coffee was burnt

   Love this Costa we come here every week once or twice. Lovely view from the window, amazing staff, coffee always delicious. Never had any bad experiences even if it busy staff stays calm, friendly, professional and makes great coffee. I really recommend it.

   Lovely and kind staff. I was exhausted after a long day hard working and I thought let’s just get a coffee here, chill out and get relaxed. It was crazy busy once I got to the counter, however, Zizi and Martin were really kind and lovely and made our experience amazing. Definitely recommend this place and will be back again.
