    Costa inside uni main hall. Very rude woman working there. She was shouting at every single customer. Avoid.

    The price for coffee on the screen is not the actual price. They add a surcharge for using Costa cups.

    Costa at Middlesex University branch is unacceptable. I bought the toast twice and they all burnt it. They dont care about customers at all. I am very dissapointed.

    I have been buying coffee here every week since September. I am yet to receive a satisfactory drink. Every single coffee is over extracted and tastes disgustingly bitter. Today I asked for a single shot as it is usually so vile. When I received my coffee it had AT LEAST three shots worth of coffee. I only drank half as it was so strong and I have had to leave my lecture as I feel so ill from drinking it. Please take the time to train your staff and clean your filters.

    Always enjoy their green tea but the vegan range is pathetic - literally one packaged Christmas cake is all they have - get with the times Costa.
