Very helpful, professional and friendly reception staff. I wish I could have said the same about the solicitor who I spoke with. Unfortunately he had a very patronising and judgemental attitude. From the brief interaction I had, I’ll be avoiding at all costs in the future!
Having recently tried to engage Garretts Solicitors I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Firstly they did not return my call following my initial enquiry and when I chased this there was no acknowledgment or apology from the Partner leaving me feeling completely dismissed. This would make me feel very concerned about placing my matters into their hand. Very poor business practices.
