   The most stressful and disappointing legal experience I have ever had. I regret ever instructing Optimal Solicitors. What should have been a straightforward personal injury claim turned into months of delays, poor communication, unanswered emails, and a complete lack of progress. In fact, in eight months they achieved absolutely nothing. Not a single step forward. Nothing. Zilch. I was left to chase them constantly, and still nothing moved. Important evidence wasn’t followed up properly, information went missing, and I was left without clear answers or direction. I expected professionalism — what I received instead was confusion, silence and avoidable delay after delay. My case handler, Shah Uddin, eventually stopped responding altogether, even after multiple formal requests. This left my claim completely stuck and caused significant stress, frustration and disruption to my life. Because of the way my case has been handled, I am now preparing legal action against Optimal Solicitors to recover the losses and damage caused by their delay and non-responsiveness. No client should ever find themselves in this position. This entire experience has been deeply upsetting, unnecessarily stressful and professionally unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think very carefully. My experience has been nothing short of exhausting, costly and damaging. Do not touch these.

   Overall, I became more disappointed with this service as it went on. I chose this company due to the reassurance I could have polish people leading my case due to my inability to speak English, whilst this was initially the case near the end of my use this changed. Yes I was given interpreters and could get my daughter so step in but this is not what I signed up for whilst using this service and I was disappointed I couldn’t fully get my points across myself.

   Awful. Incredibly slow service for conveyancing on a purchase in 2022. Over charged us then sent random refunds, nothing was correlating at all. Often never replied to emails and was very hard to get in touch via phone having to constantly chase. Now we are moving, we are discovering missing documents or information we now have to pay for to get because they weren’t obtained for our purchase by Optimal, the uselessness continues. Only recommendation to you would be AVOID and pick a different solicitors!!

   Natalie is very professional, friendly and patient. She was able to complete my conveyancing under a tight time frame. She was able to handle some complicated issues that do not occur frequently in property transactions. During her leave, her colleague was able to handle and discuss the case with me and showed her knowledge in the transaction. It is obvious to me that they work very well as a team.
