   Shiva was absolutely outstanding, I cannot thank her enough. She was extremely personable, competent and efficient and her negotiation skills were second to none. When my world was falling apart, I felt in safe hands. She listened intently and asked pertaining questions to enable her to understood the situation and the complexities and went on to get a fabulous settlement when my employers were threatening to dismiss me with immediate effect and without even paying me my notice period.    I have never written a review but compelled to write due to utter non professionalism shown by Conveyancing team specially Claire Birch who took on a case and despite agreeing and knowing for weeks about completion just 4 days before decided to take a look at the case and then send 31 queries ! To the seller solicitor . Obviously completion got delayed by weeks and no apology or explanation whatsoever. The delay led to losing deposits for removal,unpaid holiday time,builders non availability for renovations in the new house and so on. I would warn anyone approaching for conveyancing that to beware of delayed tactics by this firm. I will be reporting it to the ombudsman as such matters just get ignored but they should understand the impact it can make on people lives
