   I visited here some time ago in my van to purchase some furniture as my parents used to use them….I parked on there car park at the rear of the building… I have since been hounded by euro car parks I didn’t realise until they took me to court and fined me over £500 that it was for parking for a short period twice at Lee Longlands… not brilliant so beware.

   Extremely poor post sales service. Sofa ordered for Christmas hasn’t been delivered till date. Part of the order placed 8 months ago also have no signs of delivery as well. Tried to contact The Birmingham branch put they aren’t very helpful. Would have given ZERO stars if I had an option.

   Lovely experience buying a sofa from James in the Birmingham store. Left us alone, to browse around in peace, yet avaliable to answer any questions, when we needed him. Bought from Lee Longlands before, and never disappoints.

   It was really nice to browse in the Birmingham store and actually see the quality of the furniture. Staff were helpful and the office chair we ordered was delivered to Cheltenham which saved us the delivery charge. The chair was well packaged and the Cheltenham Manager helped with loading. Communication was good.

   Placed an order via the telephone with Emily Allsopp on Friday 3rd of February 2023. On Monday the 6th of February I decided to seek a refund and cancel the order. I called at 9AM no answer as they had not opened their telephone systems from the out of office voicemail. After ten mins they answered at 0910! Refused to issue refund due to manager approval. I kept chasing the entire day via phone and email. Made them aware of the “ The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” Emily called back at 1651! Apparently the management were in meetings all day. Unbelievable for a furniture retailer in my opinion! Refusing to issue a refund and trying offer me a credit note. I will provide updates going forward. A truly horrible company to deal with you have been warned. Proceed to deal with them at your peril. Don’t get blindsided by their prices.

   Called by chance with my sister. Was thrilled with what I saw, called back the next week with my husband. No pushy staff, left to browse. Ordered furniture which we don't need yet but they will store it for us. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Great quality furniture and service.
