   One of the only coffee shops that manages to deliver the same beverage experience every time. I enjoy a single shot, blonde roast, dirty chai latte and it always tastes the same every time.

   We were in a different Starbucks place in Banstead. The atmosphere is really good. Spacious. We sat and drank hot drinks for the weather. Recommend

   Not as warm and cosy as some of the other coffee shops on the High Street but had food I could eat, so reluctantly ate here. Service at the till was fine - clearly new staff, but no issues. Disappointed by a few customer service failures - no napkins out on the stand and none offered with my food (I had a hot sandwich with sauce) both the tables either side of me hadn't been cleared - one staff member broke free from the counter to start circulating, but was prompted to go back to her station even though it was quiet. There were 4 staff members behind the counter. The tables, and 2 new ones that got vacated while I was there, weren't cleared in the 30 minutes I was there, during which only 2 customers needed serving. Unfortunately, this is my main reason for avoiding Starbucks anywhere now - I often find the seats and floor are crumb covered and it is difficult to find a clean table so not very pleasant for taking a coffee break in. Perhaps more a people management issue rather than a staff one?
