   Boxing Day in Streatham branch. 6° outside and the air con was blasting out. Asked for it to be turned off, told it could be turned down only. Quickly drank my coffee and went to Costa for my 2nd cup. Air con in December? Ridiculous.

   Nice place to enjoy quick snack or coffee. Good value for money, liked their pastry and it's cheaper than Starbucks, would say even better taste than SB. Quick and polite service, clean place, didn't visit toilet thou.

   Very comfortable environment. To be honest - I find most Cafe Nero branches pleasant - but Streatham is one of the less noisy cafes - at least during most days. They staff are always welcoming - and build a rapport with regular customers very quickly, the cafe is always clean (including toilets), and food and beverages never disappoint!

   First impression is good, neat and clean place. Really cool and welcoming atmosphere with light jazz and a coffee. Been here plenty of times so its time to leave a review. They managed seating area good to provide all what they need from quiet, window to sophisticate seating. Excellent customer service though. The girls are giving really good customer service. Quick with smile and calm approach what really customer looking for these days. Forgot to scan my stamp and one of a girl help me to sort it out in really easy way. I got a large latte and happy with the taste of the coffee. Even feeling cosy because freezing outside. Would like to recomand Nero Streatham if you want a good coffee and a nice selection of sandwiches in a cool atmosphere.

   Staff need training in customer service really. I've been in many times before and had a lovely experience, but today, 01.10.22, the man/boy on the till just acted like he couldn't be bothered and didn't want to serve us. Update on 15.11.22 Went in today and staff were okay. Mostly talking amongst themselves while asking me what I wanted, but they seemed friendly and happy to serve today which was nice.
