   Popped into Kwik Fit Widnes today as I had a problem with a flashing light on my dashboard and got the best treatment from Josh and Lewis. Two great lads, so helpful and pleasant. Lewis took time out to drive my car, to see what the problem was and Josh also helped to test the battery out for me. Nothing was too much for them. I was really impressed.. Thank you so much guys..

   Josh was exceptional in helping me with the tracking and fitting of my car (ford focus). very welcoming, brilliant customer service, and explained everything right the way through. Additionally Ian (who i believe is the manager in there) was also very educational and gave me a guidance on exactly what the screen is showing me (as the car was having it's tracking/alignment doing), going as far as to draw me pictures and telling me how mechanics adjust to re-align etc. Overall, a brilliant experience, Josh and Ian - couldn't recommend the garage highly enough - world class :)

   Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Alan saved the day when we had a flat tyre on our way to our own wedding venue with a car packed up with flowers, suits and dresses! Wow honestly such a kind and considerate man, he worked through his lunch hour to fit us in in such short notice! Made sure we were in and out within 15 minutes. Such a legend! And a true credit to the company.
