Very disappointing experience- we ordered coffee and sat down, planning to eat our own sandwiches alongside it. Shortly after, the owner came over and told us—quite rudely—that we weren’t allowed to eat our own food. This rule wasn’t displayed anywhere, either outside or inside the café, so we had no way of knowing in advance. The issue wasn’t the policy itself, but the abrupt and unfriendly way it was communicated. We walked out without having our coffee or our food. If outside food isn’t allowed, there should be a clear notice so customers can make an informed choice before ordering. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity and poor attitude really spoiled what should have been a simple coffee stop.
