   Shocking Service. Rude behaviour and definitely not bothered about hitting their KPI's for satisfaction being given. i now know why the reviews are what they are, and upon seeing the response to reviews exposing personal and confidential information about the enquiries, i am even more shocked that GDPR has not been reported as being breached previously.

   If you’re looking for a conveyancer, I would recommend looking literally anywhere else. You wouldn’t think you were paying them for a service, even basic questions are met with rude and condescending responses. AVOID

   Would not recommend the solicitors side of the business. In 2 years, I only managed to speak directly to the solicitor once (at the initial meeting). There were numerous issues throughout this process and as such, I would not recommend.

With added stress and pressure due to the pandemic, the entire process of buying my home went surprisingly very smooth — All thanks to Vicky’s highly efficient service and attention to detail. This isn’t the first time I have chosen Vicky / Sleigh & Son’s, Denton. This is because, from my experience, it quickly becomes very clear that the level of service is second to none and outshines many other solicitors. To support my view, many estate agents and mortgage brokers have repeatedly acknowledged how “brilliant” my solicitor is and often mention how it’s a pleasure to work with Vicky as she is responsive, helpful and proficient in her field. If you are looking for a solicitor / legal team with not only an excellent standard of service, but also with an added old school personal touch, where you’re not just another name on someone’s desk, then look no further!
