   I went to the shop as it was my birthday, I had an email saying I have a free treat so I asked the lady at the counter and she said no. I was really embarrassed as were many people behind me waiting and didn't want to make a fuss. The tall blonde lady came over ,very rude she said: what is wrong with you this morning . I did show the email I received from Costa coffee and then she said, yes you can have it. No apology as they were on the wrong. I been coming here every morning for at least 5 years but you have taken my loyalty for granted. There a lots of coffee shops around you so I hope you do train your staff and change their attitude towards the customers. They look like they have been forced to work there, miserable at best.

   Went to collect a too good to go order and the staff had plenty of supply and told me they were not giving out the orders. They said they were meant to cancel the order but forgot to do so and demanded I cancel the order myself in the app. There was no apology or care for the waste of time they caused me. They made me sound like I was a big inconvenience to their day by showing up to collect my order that they forgot to cancel. Terrible management and care to customers.

   i went there with my friends to celebrate results day. random worker kept side eyeing us so my friend called her out and she was giving rude attitude back - blonde woman (watch out for her she might come for you) as she walked away she murmured “grow up” when i think this grown woman needs to grow up for arguing with happy teenagers. coffee was brilliant though.

   Tasha, the blonde hair staff member who served me, is an absolute asset to Costa and a ray of sunshine. Tasha supported me in downloading the Costa app and explained everything to me very clearly. This is excellent customer service, and I always look forward to visiting.

   Decent Costa with great quick service. Visited on a Sunday morning and there was only one employee serving, Andrew. He did fantastic, really efficient and got the morning rushes orders through quickly. I hope management see this so that Andrew can receive praise and also make note that it is not pleasant for one member of staff to work that alone.

   The instantly forgettable and outdated interior here underpinning the adequate + average “formula.” Nothing here aspires to transcend expectations. Consolidates the ordinary... after all ... it’s so comforting. Staff be busy-bees going about their buzz-ness.
