Charming pleasant team with the correct attitude to serve the public. Will definitely go back. Definitely a great sub trap outside too!

Really this place should be levelled with the ground to make room for something new. I‘m not saying this in a mean way - the building is just simply and broken, it would most likely be cheaper to build a new one than repair the old one. Also since a tree had fallen on its roof it’s closed and there is no sign of anything being done.

Popped in here after a lovely walk around the park. Not my sort of cafe as it's pretty grubby to be honest. Part cafe/shop but all a bit random and untidy. The cushions on the chairs were very dirty. Didn't enjoy my time there.

There are so many different but interesting non-food items on display. There is a lovely lady serving and preparing sandwiches with great care. Card payments and toilets are available. The balcony has small plastic houses for toddlers that they loved. Seating available inside and outside.

Best park cafe in the area by a mile. Louise and her team are friendly and are super welcoming to everyone who steps in, it feels like home from home. They do great toasties and other hot and cold food and hot and cold drinks including a very indulgent hot chocolate with cream and a choice of toppings. Lots of toys, snacks and ice creams are on sale including some really premium pure fruit ice lollies. Love it there!

Last time we went friendly service this time decidedly cool. Same staff. Not cheap but pleasant cool interior. Not fair to blame cafe for smelly toilets as I think they are Council.

Such a beautiful park in the middle of a big city! Paths, forests and lake were always clean. I used the exercise area every day. Thoroughly enjoyed my walks there.

Child and family friendly location. Good selection of snacks including sandwiches. Venue overlooking the lake and kids play ground
