   The staff are friendly and professional, Adelina, Eralda and all other team members, are always efficient, patient and make the experience smooth. The whole team knows their stuff and keeps things running well. Coffee is consistently strong, amazing Frappuccino, and the place has a decent vibe for a quick stop or a casual meet-up. No fuss, just good service. Would highly recommend.

   I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Costa Coffee in High Barnet was appalling. The hygiene standards were shocking—the server, Irene, was eating behind the counter while serving customers, which is completely unacceptable in any food establishment. To make matters worse, she stopped taking my order to serve someone behind me, blatantly favouring them over other customers. This kind of service is unprofessional and completely unfair. I expect better from Costa, both in terms of hygiene and customer service. If this is the standard they allow, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to address these issues before more customers are put off.

   I work for Gail’s bakery. This evening 10/12/24 at 17:30 I went to Costa with my family to have coffee. The girl who was behind the counter was absolutely rude and aggressive. I asked her what time you closing? She answered me why I’m asking ??? WHAT? Why I’m asking? Because I’m a customer!! I asked her questions instead of answering me she was cleaning and then ignoring me!!! Absolutely bad customer service I will never come back!!!!!!

   If there was a lower star than 1, I would have used that for the staff. I felt racially discriminated. The two staff members happily getting their pictures taken and chatting without acknowledging that I I have been standing looking at them for a while. Costa has always been my preference but never again am I setting my foot in this Costa. Please treat people with respect and dignity as it’s everyone’s right!!!

   I dont understand why in this Costa is always so rude to their clients and cannot offer just basic customer service. Even if you client has not understood sth on their bill or has made a mistake you ought to just explain them in a nice manner and not just point them out to leave. I was treated like a horrible person today just because I didnt understand what I am paying for as the lady was not explaining it to me but telling me off as i didnt know I would get charged for the oat milk and I didnt know that 2 sizes are mini and small and I asked for the smallest which in Costa would mean mini but not for the rest of the world but because I said small then it wouldn't mean mini (like really). Yes it is my mistake but why cant you just explain that to your client nicely instead of giving horrible looks and tell them to go forward and not ask and then even make fun of myself. Utterly disgusting behaviour. I only hope you dont treat your loved ones like this.
