   The staff are friendly and professional, Adelina, Eralda and all other team members, are always efficient, patient and make the experience smooth. The whole team knows their stuff and keeps things running well. Coffee is consistently strong, amazing Frappuccino, and the place has a decent vibe for a quick stop or a casual meet-up. No fuss, just good service. Would highly recommend.

   I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Costa Coffee in High Barnet was appalling. The hygiene standards were shocking—the server, Irene, was eating behind the counter while serving customers, which is completely unacceptable in any food establishment. To make matters worse, she stopped taking my order to serve someone behind me, blatantly favouring them over other customers. This kind of service is unprofessional and completely unfair. I expect better from Costa, both in terms of hygiene and customer service. If this is the standard they allow, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to address these issues before more customers are put off.

   I work for Gail’s bakery. This evening 10/12/24 at 17:30 I went to Costa with my family to have coffee. The girl who was behind the counter was absolutely rude and aggressive. I asked her what time you closing? She answered me why I’m asking ??? WHAT? Why I’m asking? Because I’m a customer!! I asked her questions instead of answering me she was cleaning and then ignoring me!!! Absolutely bad customer service I will never come back!!!!!!

   I ordered a coffee and a croissant. The croissant was stale and I told the staff member it was not fresh . She said ,’yes, they are from yesterday’ . I asked her if they should be selling croissants from yesterday and she said ‘we always keep them for two days.’ Needless to say , I don’t recommend the croissants . Coffee was good though :)

   I went into Costa just off Barnet high street with another two friends had hot drinks and a bite to eat, inside left a lot to be happy about very untidy and the long seats were so sticky and unclean something must change and soon as I wouldn’t be back.

   the seating arrangement is not comfortable here. most of the seats are pressed against a wall where customers buying things are next to you - the other side is a wall. in terms of service, it's great - like most other costa branches.
