First of all, I want to say thank you! the man who I believe is the owner, and the lovely girls who work here, are always smiling and kind. The way they greet you can truly brighten your entire day. Next, the quality of the food and coffee is really impressive — everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. Another great thing about this café is the prices — very reasonable for the quality you get! Decided on the salt beef sandwich, and a coffee. Disappointed! There was not one full slice of beef in the sandwich, all tiny bits and pieces, & lots of fat, and gherkins put at the edges, to make it look full, and a so called side salad , coleslaw, and lettuce and the 2 tiniest pieces of tomato, i have ever seen, and that's called a side salad, I used to get red onion, propper slices of tomato,and cucumber & lettuce.£9.80 for that- disgusting! I always used to eat here when visiting the Spires, but will not return in the future.
Lovely family run cafe . Very nice new look. My favourite dish is jacket potato and fresh salad makes a filling lunch. However here’s plenty more to choose from . All fresh . Cappuccino’s , variety of different beverages. Good pricing too !
Family has been coming here for years. High standard. Tried various dishes all very good. Nice friendly cafe to go to & for us all a local meeting up place.
