Considering I only live a 2 minute walk away today was the first time I visited! Walking in I found the decor to be clean and minimalist, greeted by friendly staff and the pastries looked super yummy. I ordered a mocha to sit outside with my doggo which was delicious. 10/10 will be returning to try the food!

My First time visiting this beautiful cafe and I wasn't disappointed. To be honest I was scared to try the cake at first because I feared it would be dry, but I was pleasantly surprised it was perfect, moist, fluffy, beautiful flavour of lemon and the perfect amount of sweetness. The staff were fabulous and friendly they made us feel at home. The cafe was clean, however I did notice some crumbs on a few of the chairs (not a problem at all just something to look out for) Over priced for what you get. Gentlemen walking up and down gave me anxiety.

Friendly but sort of snobby and expensive at the same time. The above is fine as I love a bit of class, however, it seems strange for a coffee place in the middle of Maple Road Penge which is one of the least posh areas I've ever known. At any rate, It's good to have something different there and I am glad to see something like that survive so long in Maple Road of all places! So there must be the clientele for it. Nice to think of Penge as being a place that could actually be up and coming for a change. I went to school there in the 70's and it was not even possible to imagine back then! They also do events which again brings a bit of unexpected class to the area.

Popped in on a recommendation...and omg I was not disappointed!!! The smell alone from when I walked in I knew I was going to love the food! Lovely friendly people running the place as well. I got the burrito to take away (in a biodegradable box I might add) and it was lush! I'll definitely be back to try something else. They also have a lovely selection of cakes too, I didn't try any but they looked very yummy.

Hands down, the best breakfast and coffee in Penge. Blue Belle Café is a charming, friendly little place just off a side road in Penge. It does a variety of breakfasts, sandwiches, toasties and tacos all days, plus a usual selection of non-alcoholic drinks (including a double-shot latte that is highly recommended). I had the egg and sausage sandwich (pictured), which was simple and delicious (only slight note is I wish a couple of sauces, maybe red and brown, were on each table without asking). The owner is really friendly and considerate to requesrs and there's very good, free WiFi and it is dog-friendly too. I hope one day they offer a few simple alcoholic drinks (a house red and wine, maybe a couple of bottled beers) so I can relax outside during a sunny afternoon. All-in-all, this is easily my favourite café in the area, well worth a trip.
