   I bought a diamond Choppard watch from them for over £5k a year ago. I recently brought it to them change the battery but they kept it for over two weeks claiming that they had difficulties finding the right battery. How difficult is it to find a battery. Apparently they took the watch to some shop who claimed the watch was water damaged with rust and the movement needed a replacement. This is a total mystery to me. They of course denied any responsibility despite a guarantee. I smell a rat and I have brought this matter to Trading Standard.

   Outstanding service. Extremely friendly and helpful. I had bought a piece of jewelry online and had big problems with customs and the Deutsche Post delivery service due to Brexit. David Horton was extremely friendly and helpful. After the shipment was not delivered on the first attempt, David Horton did everything possible to help me. It is thanks to him and the great service that in the end everything worked out and came to a good end. That cannot be taken for granted. This is old school. Thank you very much!
