   Absolutely useless staff. Accepted my online order and decided to send none of the items in a bag with nothing but a note saying "out of stock". Rather than use the delivery app's features to at least provide me with some alternative items and keep me informed, they decided to take my money and send nothing. IF I am lucky enough to get a refund I will still have to wait a LONG time. And I somehow have to be fine with my money being STOLEN until then? Disgusting, thieving people.

   Anas store manager is a very good team leader, he keeps everything clean, great communication with the customer, excellent behaviour with everyone. And Amna one of the staff members is so sweet, she always makes me and my mum clean fresh drinks, overall I’m so happy with this Costa they’re genuinely the sweetest.

   Really bad service! I came to ask for the toilet and of course I would buy a coffee to use it but this girl attacked me very rude and she sent me to buy a coffee but she decided which coffee should i take! And even worst she was all the time just talking with a frien from outside of the shop!

   Excellent customer service The comment above was written years ago. Unfortunately, visiting today is a big letdown. The toilet stinks of urine that covers the floor, both wet and dry. The soap dispenser does not work, the tap does not work either. This is absolutely disgusting and not up to food and hygiene standards at all. I made a comment about the state of the toilet to staff, they had oblivious looks on their faces saying I have to lift the tap. The manager I knew was amazing and he kept the shop in top condition. Unfortunately I am reducing the stats to 1. I am massively disappointed. I wonder if the staff use the same toilet, I wonder why the manager does not care.

   Staff stressed by amount of people. Forgeting orders. Tables not cleared for anyone new coming in so if you do actually find a table to sit at its dirty/not cleared). I was told 'I'll do it when I'm not busy'. It feel dirty because if this. A lot of people use Costa to work from. That's great but there's no where to sit if you're meeting a friend. People saying 'Move I need a plug' Costa don't care. It just doesn't feel very nice in there.

   Staff member had to go and ask manager if she could top up coffee that had become tepid with hot water and manager refused! Unwelcoming.

   My option is that these guys who work here have incredible patience and education. I am a regular customer and I always ask them how they tolerate so much rudeness from people. the coffee is very good. I just have to walk through the door and they already know what to prepare. I have read comments here that they are rude. but I have seen situations where they are literally disrespected and they hold their own. I hope all Costa employees are like this team that works in this store.

   Met a friend for a catch up on a Sunday afternoon, it was my first time visiting, the team looked to be really busy with both in store and delivery orders. It meant the tables weren't being cleared and we had to move two trays to find a seat. Apart from that, it was relaxed and comfortable and the muffins and hot chocolate we ordered tasted as nice as I'd expect at a Costa.
