    There is nothing like a proper old school British Cafe. Proper cup of tea and a fry up to start the day. They also had an old coffee machine that is no longer manufactured or has any spares. I is a shame as it is a beautiful mechanical coffee machine that are slowly being lost from cafes. Visit Gate Grill, have a cup of tea, chat to Sue. Have a breakfast or a sausage sandwich, let keep places like this going, Or just sit in the window and pretend to be Jackson Lamb. Thank you Sue.

    During my three-day trip to London, I encountered the cafe on Google Maps while planning my travels in central London. Over those three days, I enjoyed two breakfasts and one lunch. The food was exceptional and very affordable. If I return to that part of London, I will definitely visit Gate Grill Cafe again.

    Good place for solid full English breakfast. Food is good quality and nice portion, prepared fresh and fast. Despite the fact this seems to be local joint for local people, where I was but a tourist, I felt welcome there from the moment I stepped through the door. The owner is just that nice, friendly as can be. Overall a really nice experience of my last day of the London trip.

    Yep, this was also really good. I noticed a the staff being very accommodating to an elderly customer on more than one occasion. They seem like very nice people to say the least. Aside from this, the breakfast was really good and not expensive.

    We ate breakfast here 3 times! The food was good, and the people that work there are awesome and very friendly.. I tried black pudding for the first time. It was...earthy. We were only in London 6 days. It was my favorite place to eat.
