Took my camper in with a very expensive sounding rattle after halfolds said the suspension was fine. It was just a loose shock absorber which they sorted in an hour. Loads of great advice as well. Very pleased and will return for other work.

I took my car to the Ford garage who following a diagnostic stated there were faults with my O2 sensors and catalytic converter. They recommended changing my O2 sensors and if that did not work, the catalytic converter would need to be changed (£1800 total). I went to Roads Autocare for a second opinion. The guys told me (after properly reading / understanding the diagnostic data!!!) that it was nothing to do with my O2 sensors. They gave me an option of either a new or used catalytic converter. Within 24 hours my car was fixed, for £600. This garage saved me £1200 and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the so called ‘experts’ at Ford. For years, I have been looking for a garage where the mechanics are knowledgeable and have integrity, as I know nothing about cars. Finally i have found one. I will be back (but hopefully not too soon).
Matty has fixed my campervan more than once now. He was also kind enough to help me with a seized up component under the bonnet, in his busy schedule. Would highly recommend.

My timing belt came off on my 62 plate Citroen Berlingo. I bought another engine and rang a few garages The garage that were supposed to repair my van, couldn't do it for 3 weeks, due to staff shortages. I rang Roads Autocare and they had the engine swapeed, new timing belt, fuel pump, gaskets, the lot done in a few days, at an extremely low price too. Excellent customer service. Excellent mechanics. Will be using these lads for all my auto needs now
