   I was daft enough to be a tad over the limit on the M62 and ended up in court. There’s quite a choice of solicitors to pick from online but based on the reviews decided to give John Ruane a ring. Got straight through to John who was fantastic in explaining in everyday terms what my options were, what the costs associated with those options were and the path in front to court. He has kept me fully informed throughout and offered excellent advice each step of the way and was always available to speak. He appointed Michael McKeown to represent my in court who likewise was a really pleasant chap with a very good reputation and did a fantastic job in securing the most suitable outcome in court from the options that were both preferable to me and my circumstances and also preferable in terms of the options that the court had which were pretty frightening. Can’t thank them enough and would wholeheartedly recommend John if you end up with the prospect of a driving related court date.

   I spoke to John yesterday for some initial advice. I have to say I was really impressed, he was very honest with me, spent his own time explaining things and telling me straight what my options were. He is extremely knowledgeable and the big thing for me was his honesty and integrity. A really good lawyer with exceptional knowledge and understanding of motoring offences, he promised me he’d follow up with an email which he did pretty much straight away.    July 2022 I received a summons from the police alleging I had driven through a red light - 1.5 seconds into the Red I knew I hadn’t committed the offence so I decided to fight the claim rather than take the 3 points and see my insurance costs go up in the future - and lose my clean driving license After much research I found John. John dealt with my case very professionally, conducted his own research and it transpired the AI linked to the camera had 2nd guessed one of the number plate letters and it wasn’t even my car - shocking this is happening in the U.K. The police sent me a letter last week advising their had been a ‘clerical mistake ‘ and the case was dropped, this is all down to Johns diligent work I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to let people know just how good John actually is, he handled everything and we won.

   M. Mawdesley Preston Magistrates Court Drink Driving Offence I rang John after searching on google as I didn’t have a clue. I was a distraught mother who thought her son would go to prison. This was his first offence and we’d never been in this situation before. I rang John and he didn’t judge me. He spoke to my son and was fully supportive and reassuring. He always made time to discuss my son’s circumstance. As my son is self employed, loosing his licence for a lengthy time could have made the business collapse. We got the best outcome possible due to having John’s guidance. He ran the case from start to finish and even travelled to Preston. He gave my son and myself advice on what to expect in court. After, John still gave advice on how to apply to get his license back on time. I would definitely recommend John as a solicitor. He deserves five stars and more if it was possible. If I needed a solicitor in the future, John would be the one.

   A big thank you to everyone at JHR SOLICITORE specially John Ruane the managing director for helping me keep my license and more importantly avoiding lengthy unwanted criminal record ,your guys are simply the best no doubt about that !! in February last year I got arrested for a driving offence I then got told that I should get a letter within a few months for my blood test , after 6 months for waiting for the letter I finally got it and got charged. At this point I thought I was gonna lose my license and even my job due to criminal record that automatically comes with drug driving convictions.    My experience with john from JHR Solicitors. He was notified of my driving offence a week prior to the court hearing, and acted very professionally to get all the information from me that he needed, this information allowed me to keep my licence and win the case. When initially talking to john, he has a very positive attitude and is very straight to the point, which is why I wanted him to represent me in court. I had spoken to other solicitor prior to john, and all they were interested in is the cost. They quoted near double the amount john had quoted, and most didn’t even get back to me. Overall my experience with JHR Solicitors was very exceptional and would recommend to anyone who needs a good professional service. Without a doubt I would use JHR solicitors again, thank you john for all your help.
