   I don’t usually like Costa, but the people working there are very nice and it’s clean so it’s nice to pop into. As someone else mentioned the store could do with better aircon, which I’ve noticed in most costas. Maybe head office will sort that out.

   Ordered Hot chocolate with a cream but received hot chocolate with no cream as they couldn’t make the cream pot work. No refund for that either. I don’t like the way they work and handle things in this branch. They could simply offer me something else/refund or just apologise.

   Bald Chap was lovely. I've seen a review about him being rude to children - which isn't true. He asked some kids to not open crisps before paying. Lovely customer service, an even better latte considering both the men were rushed off feet. Recommend!

   Been waiting for my coffee over 10min because the member of the stuff tall ginger guy decided to go for a break. Left his coleque on her own despite the system was down. She was great but a lot of customers gone as the situation was very taugh.

   ⛔️⛔️AVOID AVOID AVOID⛔️⛔️ Extremely bad customer service.. The barista “ginger, big guy” was so nasty to me, my friend and mainly to our children (4-7 year olds).. Don’t waste your money there… People like him shouldn’t be allowed to work in any sort of customer service environment.. I’m glad that we left before spending any money in there.
