Nice cafe. Enough sitting. Good location. Staff are very lovely and helpful. There is however bad service in the area and there isn’t the WiFi. It however isn’t the fault of the cafe so I still recommend it.

Overall a very poor experience! The staff was incredibly rude and not interested in the customers. A lady was walking through the cafe at one point and the staff called to her rudely. Really not impressed. The crayfish sandwich was just fine, but the mocha frappe tasted like milky ice with hardly any flavour of coffee or chocolate. They did not have decaf with was also sad. Overall would not be back, even though the outside seating area looks nice and its a good location.

On the corner of Hyde Park, next to the entrance, it's ok for a quick cuppa and snack, and has seating outside in a small garden with a bar. There's nowhere to park, but there are bus stops right outside so it's pretty easy to get around into the centre of town. It's a good 20 minute walk up to Piccadilly Circus, and Buckingham Palace is around 15 minutes away. Prices are in line with similar places. Toilets are downstairs but are tiny and cramped, clean though.

Big on atmosphere average in food VERY low in service. It’s situation in the park makes it a lovely relaxing haven for a sit and a drink and something to eat. The food is your average take away fair with sandwiches baguettes and salads with chips and drinks. The prices are high as it’s a bit of a tourist trap. I think the staff just want the summer to be over. Apart from the gentlemen cleaning the table, they were dour, bordering on rude and wanted to be anywhere but at The Lodge. The ice cream cart server looked slightly less depressed. The toilets are down a set of stairs. Over all I wish I’d gone somewhere else.

Seating ground level, upstairs, and outside - delicious food! Most of our group had the English Breakfast and it was some of the best we had in our 2 week trip here. The woman at the register also provided us with delicious pies and took a moment to talk to us. All in all an amazing experience!

Amazing service. Staff is supper friendly and very much welcoming. Amazing food and beverage. Everything is cooked in-house from breads to any fresh juice that is available. Hot Chocolate and Pizzas are must to try.

Set in a replica Grecian Temple, an element of Decimus Burton's Hyde Park Screen Gate (1828) with its lofty Arcadian pretensions. A grand setting for a park cafe that covers familiar territory competently with little in the way of surprises. Reasonable value for money but not exceptionally so. A cozy upstairs room here, quiet and pleasant.

Lovely little stop for coffee on our walk across London Grabbed a pastel de natas too and it was absolutely delicious failed to resist before getting a photograph! It is quite busy and because it is a small venue it can be a bit cramped, the outdoor seating is stunning on a day like today a crisp autumn one, but imagine this is a no go in the rain
