   Terrible service and poor attitude! Not worth the hassle at all. The gentleman at the till had us order only to say the card machine didn’t work and we had to pay cash when customers before and after my family were able to pay with card. Absolutely disgraceful turning away a pregnant woman and child!

   Tower Cafe is such a gem. I stopped by recently and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely everything felt—from the calm, stylish interior to the genuinely warm service. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in comfortably without feeling rushed. The coffee was great and the food tasted fresh and satisfying. Everything came out quickly, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. Overall, Tower Cafe left a great impression on me. It’s a spot I’d happily visit again and recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming cafe experience.

   The breakfast itself was actually good, but the customer service ruined the whole experience. The man behind the counter, I think he was the chef responded rudely when I asked where the toilet was. Even after we’d just finished eating, he told me it was “only for customers,” as if we hadn’t literally paid moments earlier. No need for that attitude. Also the place was extremely cold for a cafe, seems no heating at all! Good food, but the service makes it a place I wouldn’t return to.

   Incredible Omelette served here with a range of tasty fillings, usually with chips, but also possible just with salad (see my photo = loads) Friendly staff and lots of space. Nice clean spacious toilet too.

   The staff are brilliant. They are not stingy with their food. They quantaties are satisfying. Also very hygeinic. Very clean they use gloves to pick food up. I would recommend this cafe. Its a pleausure to go in there. I have sat there to eat with family and also many occasions get take away. Would not go elsewhere .

   I am a regular customer and this cafe is amazing when it comes to food. I usually order a meal and get a cold drink with it. However, there is a female employee which states that it's not allowed to do that. Even if a coffee (included in meal) costs the same as a canned drink. All other employees are fine with this exchange of items, or even a water (my girlfriend doesn't drink coffee and gets a water instead). Furthermore, today I specifically brought this up when ordering that I want to exchange my coffees for other same priced drinks and she said it's fine. But then wanted to charge me extra when paying. Her attitude was disgusting and disrespectful as if I was a beggar for wanting to exchange my items even if we are regulars. Let alone that the price of canned drinks is £2 and they buy things from across the street for 60p. I am not going to be visiting anymore sadly.

   Most friendly staff & most beautifully presented delicious food! Cannot go wrong with Tower Cafe! I haven’t had real cafe experience in a very long time! The butter served in honey surrounded by slices of orange & avocado was such a unique twist! The Oreo milkshake was super thick and tasty! The cheese pastry was home made and fresh. The coffee was good quality also. I absolutely recommend this cafe, definitely will be returning again & again!! Thank you to the team for the amazing experience!
