   I booked an appointment last second urgently whilst moving house. Kid was super patient with me needing to move appointments around and was super patient with my tech issues. Super quick with replies and service. Also a very warm person meaning any initial anxieties I had going into the appointment dropped off fairly quickly Explained to me clearly next steps and confirmed to make sure I understood. Asked me if there was anything I was unsure of and was super reassuring throughout. 100% would recommened! :)

Unfortunately, by the time I drilled down with the selected solicitor, the final quotation was quite different to the initial published quote. However, I am happy try the site again to see if I can get a solicitor whose final quote aligns with their initial bid

   LawBid has Great voice-to-voice customer service and can't put a fault on that, very responsive and very helpful. The website could do with some modifications to help with results as it is very simple to use, but could add some more options to ensure clarity. I gave 4/5 Stars because the firm I accepted to use changed there price that they agreed to, which i believe is a big factor as this is why we are here and they should be honour bound to accept the payment they initially agreed to.
